Hand-knotted strand by strand by our artisans in Erode using traditional handcrafting, each bag is made in the colours, design and pattern you choose, and built to last a minimum of four years depending on use.

What began at home in Erode, Tamil Nadu, with the support of the founder’s mother-in-law, has grown into a 40-member handicraft team whose artisans bring 8 to 15+ years of craft experience.

ADITHI began at home in Erode, with the support and involvement of the founder’s mother-in-law, and a simple conviction: the sturdy handmade wire bags of a traditional Tamil household deserve a place in modern life.
In a world flooded with disposable accessories that fall apart after a single season, we sought permanence. Today our team of 40, including homemakers, hand-weaves customised bags and pouches for more than 250 customers, in the colours, designs and patterns they choose.
